A general AI chatbot often gets the answer right but can't show where it came from. For support, policies or compliance, someone still has to check the source before trusting it.

- Every answer cites the document and page it came from
- If your documents don't cover the question, the bot says so instead of guessing
- Before delivery, I test it on a set of real questions and share the results

What happens when a question isn't in my documents?
The bot is built to say it can't find the answer rather than guess. If you want, it can also point the user to a contact person.
Can I update the documents later?
Yes. I'll show you how to add or replace documents without any coding.
Is my data kept private?
Your documents stay in your own accounts and are used only for your bot.
