You need only to give me the vector file (Ai, SVG, EPS, PDF) and specifications about how do you want to see your logo in the final video. 

Please do not give me "PNG", "JPG" because it is not vector.

If you have only "PNG", "JPG" or other raster format please contact me first.

And please, your "EPS", "PDF" must be a true vector.
