What if the city requires changes after submission?
No problem – I’ll assist with revisions. In fact, my Premium package includes unlimited minor revisions specifically for addressing city or PE comments. For Basic/Standard packages, you get a set number of free revisions and can purchase more if needed. My goal is to get your plans approved. Relax!!
Can I provide existing drawings or sketches?
Absolutely. I can convert hand sketches, old plans, or PDFs into clean CAD drawings as part of the process (just ask before ordering). This can save you time if you already have rough plans.
Do you provide structural engineering services?
I specialize in architectural and MEP only. I do not provide stamped engineering or structural calculations. However, I have experience working with engineers, so I can ensure the architectural drawings accommodate any structural notes or can easily coordinate revisions your PE may have.
Do you provide Electrical engineering services?
Yes! I can provide electrical engineering and calculations for residential houses. However, I cannot provide stamped plan. These plans must be stamped by a professional engineer of respective area.
What software files will I receive?
You will receive all drawings in professional CAD formats (DWG/PDF). The source DWG file is included, so your engineer or builder can make future edits if needed.
