I can create accurate and US FDA or USDA compliant nutrition facts panels for various food products. I can also assist with creating nutrition facts for restaurant menu boards and websites.
All packages will include a nutrition facts panel in your choice of format (.jpg or .pdf), an ingredient statement, and allergen statement.
Want to add product claims to your package? Choose the Standard or Premium packages for additional consulting to help your products stand out on shelf. The Standard Package includes nutritional claims such as Low Fat, High Fiber, Good Source of Iron, etc. The Premium Package includes everything in the Standard Package plus additional special diet claims such as keto, vegan, gluten free, etc.

I am only providing the nutrition facts panel, ingredient statement, and suggested claims (standard + premium). I can review the final package artwork separately by adding on a 30-minute consult.
I don’t have specifications for all of my ingredients, can you still make a nutrition facts panel for me?
Maybe. If your ingredients are standard commodity items (most raw produce items, seasonings, salt, raw meats, etc.) that can be found in the USDA nutrition database, I can create the nutrition facts panel. However, for the best accuracy please obtain supplier specifications if possible.
How do I know what nutrient content claims I can make?
If you choose the standard or premium package, I will review your recipe and ingredients and recommend any possible nutrition claims to make your products stand out.
I’m not sure what the serving size for my products should be, can you help?
Yes! Please include some basic information about your product and how it is prepared and consumed, and I can recommend the correct serving size based on FDA regulations.
What is a special diet claim and how can I make it?
If you choose the premium package, I will review your recipe and ingredients and make recommendations for diet claims such as vegan/plant-based, keto-friendly, paleo, etc. Please note that while I will give some guidance to get you started, ongoing compliance may require third-party certifcation.
