Does the package price include 3D modeling?
The base prices assume you will provide a completed 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino). While I can handle minor adjustments or add vegetation, full 3D modeling from 2D plans requires an additional fee and extra delivery time.
What file formats do you accept for the 3D model?
I work with Archicad (.pln), SketchUp (.skp), Revit (.rvt), and Rhino (.3dm) files. You can also send universal formats like FBX or OBJ. As an architect, I am familiar with the BIM workflow and can handle your native files efficiently.
Do you provide post-production and people for the renders?
Absolutely. All renders include post-production to enhance atmosphere and the integration of high-quality human scales to ensure the project feels realistic and inhabited.
