My phone system needs regular updating, can I hire you to make regular updates?
Yes, absolutely! Letting your phone greeting and menu system get old and outdated is one of the biggest sources of frustration for your clients. I'm happy to be your "go-to" voiceover guy for this. You can place a subscription order, or just send me a message to work out the details.
When can you deliver my project?
Standard delivery time is within 48 hours for orders up to 1000 words. Add 24 hours for each 1000 words. Purchase "Extra Fast Delivery" to get it sooner. With this option, orders up to 1000 words will be delivered in 24 hours. Need it even faster? Message me for availability and cost. :-)

I will fix mistakes on my part free of charge. Revisions for style, tone, pacing, delivery, or minor changes (<20% of original script) are included so long as they are requested within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the revision fee is $25 per 100 words, per round of revisions.

Yes, absolutely! If you purchase this option, I will send you a link to an online library of royalty-free music to choose from. I can provide some help selecting background music, but ultimately the choice is yours.

The time zone is Eastern Time Zone (USA - New York). I am located in Boston, Massachusetts.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes! I am not a native speaker, but I am conversant with a decent accent. Many folks ask me to add a Spanish language version or prompts to their phone system message.
