What exactly do you need from me before starting?
Your task list, relevant files, and a shared Google Sheet/folder. Premium also requires Shopify staff access via Fiverr Requirements (never send passwords in chat) and a list of backend actions. Orders without clear instructions will pause until you respond.
Can you upload to Shopify in Basic or Standard?
No. Basic and Standard cover data entry, spreadsheet cleanup, research, and listing preparation only. Actual Shopify backend uploading/editing is Premium-only. Need backend work on Standard? I will send a custom offer for the difference.
What do the Premium social media graphics include?
3 simple text/quote-style graphics made with Canva templates. No complex custom design, video editing, carousels, or daily posting. Need more? Message me for a custom offer before ordering.
How are hours counted?
Hours are focused working time on your tasks. If finished early, I deliver early; unused hours are not charged. If your list will exceed the package hours, I flag it before starting and suggest upgrading or adjusting scope.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts work within the original brief (fixing a format, adding a missed product, correcting a typo). It is not a new task, a different category, or a post-start brief change. Extra scope needs a custom offer.
Is my store data confidential?
Yes. All client data, store access, and product info are confidential. I only access what you provide through Fiverr’s order page and Requirements form, and never share or reuse it. Need a signed NDA? Message me before ordering.
