Yes, in Standard and Premium. I send first-round questions in Mandarin and share their replies with you in English. You approve what I ask before I send.
Do you verify if a supplier is a real factory?
I check business licenses, years active, product range, and manufacturer vs. trading company signals. I do not conduct physical factory audits. Need an audit? Message me for a custom quote.
Can you order samples or pay suppliers for me?
No. I help you confirm sample cost and shipping, but you pay the supplier directly. I never handle client payments or place orders on your behalf.
Do you handle shipping and logistics?
Logistics is a separate service. Please message me before ordering if you need a shipping quote. I can recommend the best shipping method and help arrange it.
What if I am not satisfied with the suppliers?
I offer revision rounds in Standard (1) and Premium (2). Just tell me which suppliers you want to exclude and what to adjust (price, MOQ, region, certification), and I will search again.
