A Tabletop exercise is a theoretical simulation that tests how your management and technical teams react to a cyber incident in real-time. I build a customized scenario (e.g., Ransomware or Data Breach) and facilitate the discussion among decision-makers. The goal is to identify flaws in Incident Response (IR) plans, improve internal communication, and ensure everyone knows their role during a crisis. A summary report with improvement recommendations is provided at the end.
