Responsibilities:

• Enforce rules: Delete messages that violate community guidelines (e.g., hate speech, NSFW content, toxicity) 
• Stop spam: Remove unauthorized invite links, repetitive messages, and self-promotion
• Handle bad actors: Warn, mute, kick, or ban users who disrupt the peace or break rules
• Prevent scams: Flag suspicious phishing links or users direct-messaging (DM) members maliciously

• Keep chat active: Start casual conversations and ask open-ended questions to keep text channels moving.
• Welcome newcomers: Greet new members when they join to make the server feel friendly.
• Answer questions: Help members navigate the server or answer basic FAQs about the community/project.

• Escalate issues: Report major server problems, bugs, or severe rule breakers to the Admin or Owner.
• Log actions: Keep notes in a staff channel explaining why a user was warned or muted.
• Provide feedback: Share community sentiment and suggestions from members with the management team.
