FAQ
What Time Zone are you in John? and what are your daily studio work hours?
"I am in U.S (EST) time zone. Southwest Florida. (Same time zone as New York). My work hours can vary, but generally, I'm in my studio from about 10am - 9pm (U.S. EST) and ""occasionally"" working into the evening if necessary, to complete any projects due. "
As a Voice Over Talent, do you get involved with work regarding AI technology?
Sorry. I DO NOT. Also note you do not have my permission to use any part of my Voice Over for any type of AI work, including but not limited to: synthetic voice creation, voice doubling, or machine learning, or give/sell it to anyone who would use it for those purposes.
What are "Commercial Rights? and do I need them?
If your purchase is for any business-related purposes (with the exception of paid marketing channels), you will need to purchase the "Commercial Rights" gig extra. For more information see https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
Do voice projects involving Video Games, Animations, YouTube Videos need Commercial Rights?
YES, they do!
What are "Full Broadcast Rights" and do I need them?
If your purchase is for PAID radio, television, and internet commercials, you will need to buy the "Full Broadcast Rights" gig extra. For more info see https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership. This is for a 3-month period. Select addition quantities for more 3-month periods.
Do you offer "LIVE" Direction service?
Yes, I can do LIVE Direction with you. At this point I offer via ZOOM (preferably), Google Meet, or Phone call. My rate is $25 per session, up to 30 min. For example, if you need 1 hour, choose a quantity of "2" in extras section when ordering.
Do you offer revisions on reads? How does it work?
Revisions refer to a few words or perhaps a sentence. It's not a full script re-record. If the mistake is mine such as a mispronunciation, the revision is FREE. If a revision is needed because of "ANY script or tone changes" after the read, there is a "small revision fee".
If needed, what's the procedure for adding background music to the project?
I can send you the link to go where I generally get my Royalty Free music from. Download one from the thousands of categorized selections and send to me. OR, I can also use royalty free music that YOU supply, as long as it's in .mp3 format. After I deliver, there's a $10 fee for changes.
When can I expect delivery? Do you offer delivery time Options?
Depending on your options you have chosen, all deliveries will be sent to you (through Fiverr only) "generally" in 24 hours or less. Additional Options & Extras may extend that time.
