What type of files do you accept?
I primarily work with Microsoft Word files, including .doc and .docx documents. If your document is currently a Google Doc or PDF, please message me before ordering so I can confirm whether it can be converted and formatted properly in Word.
Does this include editing and/or proofreading?
No. This gig is for formatting and layout only. I will not rewrite, proofread, or edit the text itself. I will focus on making the document look cleaner, more consistent, and easier to use.
How do revisions work?
A revision covers reasonable formatting adjustments based on the original order instructions. It does not include adding new content, changing the full scope of the project, or formatting a different document.
What if I'm not sure what needs fixing?
That is completely fine. Send the document and any concerns you have, and I will review the formatting for issues like spacing, headings, margins, page breaks, section breaks, images, and overall consistency.
