I will create hand drawn and hand painted childrens book illustrations

Bring a warm, handmade character to your children's story. I am Janessa Maisonet, a published author and illustrator. My work begins with hand drawing and hand painting, then I edit it in Procreate on my iPad.

This starter includes ONE simple character in color, without a background, delivered as a digital PNG or JPG. It includes one revision within the agreed character brief and five-day delivery. An additional illustration extra covers one more simple character at the same scope.

My children's books include Your Next You, You Are Loved, The Magic of Focus and Colors. I enjoy creating expressive, approachable artwork for young readers.

Please share your character description, age range, story context, intended use, dimensions and visual references before work begins. For full scenes, multiple pages or a complete book, message me first to agree on scope and timing.

This package delivers digital artwork. Physical paintings, layered source files, book formatting and cover layout are not included. Major concept changes require a new scope.
