I'm afraid not. I'm merely human, but even AI editors and proofing programs have a margin of error. Even books published by Big Five publishing companies still contain typos. Typos are the bane of every author's existence. But I will be diligent to do my best and catch as much as I'm humanly able.

Copyediting, or line editing, provides a thorough polish of your writing. Proofreading checks for minor errors such as typos and misplaced punctuation. Because such errors tend to get introduced during the copyediting stage, proofreading should be the final step in the editing process.

Most of our clients haven't yet published. We can't provide URLs on Fiverr, but you can look up The Gathering by Hannah Gray Gordon on Amazon and read a sample. You can also google my name to verify my experience and expertise. Otherwise, you'll have to judge by our reviews.

We'll use either Word, Open Office or Google Docs to review your work, utilizing the Track Changes feature as we mark up and suggest changes. You'll then go through and review our edits, approving and accepting those you agree with to apply them permanently, and rejecting the changes you don't like.

I will give refunds ONLY if I'm unable to complete a gig due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances. But you must compensate me for the time I spend on your project, regardless of how you feel about the final outcome. This is why sample edits are mandatory for first-time clients.
