FAQ
Do I have to answer all of the requirement questions? What if I don't know yet?
I prefer not to design blind. If you don't know what you want, I probably won't know either. If you have questions, I'm happy to give suggestions. But I recommend feeling secure in your vision before ordering. Check out others in your field, peruse Pinterest, find what you generally like first.
What happens if I completely change my vision after seeing initial proofs?
Changing your vision after design proofs are delivered will incur additional charges. If you say you want a rose, then decide you want a unicorn after seeing the rose, that's changing your requirements for the design. Tweaks like color, font, adjustments to the symbol, alignment, etc. are included.
What if I change the name of my business after the final delivery?
Additional changes after delivery will most likely incur additional charges. I'm happy to make changes but to make the change, recreate final files & redeliver takes significant time. I highly recommend finalizing all decisions, like securing domain names, etc. before starting the branding process.
If I purchase 2 logo design proofs and love both, can I keep both?
When I design 2 or more proofs, I make sure they're different so you see various options. Therefore, I don’t recommend using 2 very different logos in your branding. It would be confusing. That said, you can purchase the additional designs for an extra $20 per logo if you like all of the options.
What's included in the social media package?
The social media package includes files ready for all social media platforms including profile and cover images. If you need something specific, like a special background behind your logo, please specify that in your requirements.
Do you steal designs?
I do not steal designs. If you ask me to design a logo exactly like another logo in existence, I will not do it. It's illegal. I do ask for and encourage you to provide me examples of things you like. I use those designs as inspiration, but I will not copy the examples.
Will you purchase fonts?
I will purchase fonts from reputable places like Creative Market if there is a specific font you want. But the price of the font would need to be included with the order. Also, I only use legal fonts that are available for commercial-use and for unlimited projects.
Do you offer business card designs?
I no longer offer business card designs. Each printer seems to require different sizes, formats, etc., so, it's hard for me to know what you'll need from your preferred printer. I recommend working with a professional business card designer on Fiverr who specializes in navigating this process.
Do you provide web design services?
Sadly, I know very little about web design. I recommend working with a professional web designer on Fiverr for those kinds of services.
