I extract clearly ruled tables from text-based PDFs into CSV/XLSX with cell provenance: source page, table, row, column and cell area. Your original PDF is not changed.
Supported: selectable text, complete rectangular grids and simple single-line cells. Empty cells are retained. Dates, currency, numbers and leading zeros stay as text; no inferred typing or data correction. Page-spanning tables remain separate segments, not automatically joined.
Basic $35: 5 pages / 2 segments / 500 cells.
Standard $75: 15 pages / 6 segments / 1,500 cells.
Premium $140: 30 pages / 12 segments / 3,000 cells.
All limits apply together. One PDF per order, maximum 20 MiB.
Includes scope validation, extraction, independent QA review and a traceable delivery package. One bounded revision: original-scope export correction or filenames/README; no new documents, data, rules or tables.
No OCR, scans, merged/ambiguous/borderless tables, multiline reconstruction or general PDF support. Unsafe structures are declined, not guessed. Send only authorized non-sensitive PDFs directly, no download links. Confirm table locations before ordering; communication and payment stay on Fiverr.

Can you process scanned PDFs or OCR?
No. Only selectable text in clearly ruled, complete rectangular tables is supported.
What does validated mean?
Automated checks compare exports with supported source cells; a separate QA agent reviews production evidence. This is not direct visual PDF proofreading or a guarantee that source data is correct.
Are numbers and dates converted to Excel types?
No. Source representations are preserved as text, including leading zeros. No inferred date/currency normalization or formulas.
Do you join tables across pages?
No. Each page segment remains separately traceable and counts toward the table limit.
What is provenance?
A report identifies the source page, table, row/column and cell area for each exported cell, including empty cells.
What if my document is unsupported or over the limit?
It is declined, not converted with guessed data or extra manual work. If already ordered, resolution follows Fiverr's applicable cancellation/refund process; no promise overrides platform or legal rights.
What does the revision include?
One bounded correction within the original supported scope, or filenames/README clarification. No replacement PDF, new tables, OCR, new mapping or inferred data repairs. Statutory/platform rights remain applicable.
Can I provide a download link or sensitive records?
No external download links. Supply only authorized non-sensitive PDF content through Fiverr; do not submit confidential personal, financial, health or credential data.
