What do I need to send you?
An export of open invoices (customer, invoice number, invoice date, due date, amount, balance). Payment history is needed for collection trends. Anonymized data is fine.
Which file types do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, and read access to SQL databases on request.
Do I need a Power BI license?
Power BI Desktop is free and opens the .pbix file. Sharing the dashboard online with your team requires Power BI Pro or Premium licenses on your side.
Will the dashboard refresh automatically?
It updates when you replace the source file and click Refresh. Scheduled online refresh is possible with your own Power BI Service setup, and I guide you through it in Premium.
How do revisions work?
A revision is a change within the agreed scope: layout, labels, visuals or measure tweaks. New pages, data sources or features are extras or a custom offer.
