Is my corporate data safe? Can we sign an NDA?
Absolutely. Coming from a corporate background in credit and collections, I understand the critical importance of data privacy. I treat all files with strict confidentiality and I am completely open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any sensitive documents.
Can you extract data from scanned PDFs or images?
Text-based PDFs are 100% accurate to extract. If your documents are scanned images, we would need to use OCR (Optical Character Recognition), which has different limitations. Please send me a message with a sample file before ordering so I can confirm the technical feasibility!
VBA or Python, which is better for me?
VBA if everything happens inside Excel and your team just wants a button. Python for many files, PDFs or larger data. I'll recommend one after seeing your sample.
What do I need to provide?
A sample of the input files (anonymized is fine), an example of the expected output, and the steps you do manually today.
Is the source code included?
Yes, always. Macros are not password-protected and Python scripts are fully readable, so you own and can modify everything.
How do revisions work?
Revisions fix or adjust the agreed task. New steps, new file types or new features are extras or a custom offer.
