An item sells on eBay, Shopify still shows it in stock, and an hour later a second buyer orders the same unit. Usually the sync isn't broken: a listing was never linked, or order import is switched off.
I don't just install a connector. I find where your stock count lives, link every listing to the right Shopify variant, and prove it with a test order on each channel.

FAQ
Which channels can you sync with my Shopify inventory?
eBay, Amazon, Walmart and Target Plus through Shopify Marketplace Connect, TikTok Shop through its own Shopify app, and Etsy through a third-party connector. Tell me your channels before ordering and I'll confirm the right tool for each.
Why does my stock still oversell when Marketplace Connect is installed?
Marketplace Connect lowers Shopify stock by importing the marketplace order. If a listing isn't linked or order import is off, nothing gets deducted. I check linking and import settings first, then confirm the fix with a test order.
Will I have to pay for any apps?
Some connectors charge per order or per month, billed to your own account. Before I set anything up, I recommend the lowest-cost option for your order volume and you approve it first.
What do you need from me to start?
Your Shopify collaborator request code, user access to each marketplace through its own permissions settings, and a SKU export. I never need your passwords.
My SKUs don't match between Shopify and eBay. Can you still sync them?
Yes. Mismatched SKUs are the most common reason product sync fails. I map each listing to one Shopify variant, flag duplicates and blanks, and give you a mapping sheet so new products stay matched.
Can you sync stock across multiple Shopify locations?
Yes. I set which locations feed each channel and add safety stock buffers, so a marketplace never sells the last units you're holding for in-store pickup or another channel.
Stocky shut down. Can you move my purchase orders and suppliers?
Yes, from your Stocky exports into Shopify's purchase orders or a replacement app. Stocky history didn't move over automatically, so send whatever exports you saved and I'll tell you what can be rebuilt.
Is this a one-time setup or a monthly service?
One-time setup. It all runs in your own Shopify and app accounts, so you own it and there's no lock-in. Each package includes a support window after delivery so we can watch real orders sync. But If you're looking forward to a montly service like management and the likes we can discuss about it.
What's the difference between your packages?
Basic connects one channel. Standard connects two channels with SKU mapping and order sync. Premium covers up to four channels plus multi location rules, pos integration and low stock automation.
What if a channel can't sync the way I need?
I'll tell you before delivery, explain the limit (some channels only update stock on a schedule), and suggest the closest workaround. If something is out of scope, we adjust the order through Fiverr.
