Vector file is scalable file which doesn't pixelate when you zoom. Printers nowadays need vector files for best print quality. Vector can be any format like svg, eps, ai, pdf. Ai or PSD files are source file used to edit the design for future updates. PSD is not a vector file though.

You automatically own the copyrights to the designs I deliver.

Yes-in most cases, I deliver everything as promised in the selected package. However, for example if your requirement involves editing a complex artwork, converting it to vector might impact its appearance. In such cases, I may deliver a high-resolution JPEG, PSD etc.
