Do you work with Zoho Free edition or only paid plans?
I work with all Zoho plans including Free, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise. However, some advanced automation features require paid plans.

A workflow is an automation that happens inside Zoho CRM for example, automatically sending a follow-up email when a deal moves to a new stage. An integration connects Zoho to an outside app for example, syncing a new Shopify order into Zoho as a deal. Most businesses need both, and I handle both
