How does the process of representation look like?
After confirming the order, I will send you a contract in which you authorise me to be your EU Authorised Representative. You will then need to supply me with your technical files or I can make them for you (check my other gig).
What is a technical file?
The technical file is a document that bundles all relevant safety information for your product, and is mandatory for GPSR. It includes a risk assessment, declarations, test reports, and more.
Are product variants included?
Yes, one product includes all product variations such as colours, lengths, etc. As long as the materials, behaviour and intended use are identical.
How long before I can start selling in the EU again?
If you have all test reports and relevant documentation available, we can arrange EU representation within minutes. You only have to update your label or add a sticker to your packaging.
What do I need to be GPSR compliant?
