Of course!
What is a "Source File" and What software would I use open?
This format allows you to modify it in adobe illustrator or Coreldraw. Any designer can adapt the design to cards, banners, etc If you aren’t well-versed in the Encapsulated Postscript (EPS), it is essentially a graphics format for vector images that Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw uses.
