What information will you need from me?
We’ll start with your goals and main challenges. Any existing org chart, role descriptions, process documents, or performance reports will help, but it’s okay if you don’t have all of these yet.
Will you recommend changes to our staffing?
Yes, I can identify capacity gaps and options such as hiring, outsourcing, reassigning, or combining responsibilities. You make any final personnel decisions.
Will you implement the recommendations?
These packages provide an assessment, recommendations, and an action plan. Strategic Growth also includes a document to guide implementation. If you’d like hands-on support afterward, message me to discuss a separate scope.
Can we work together in Spanish?
