Hi there! My name is Joel and I've been a full time video editor since 2012. Helping clients learn new skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and OBS Studio is a passion of mine. Whether you're brand new to video or you want to improve your skills, I'm here to help!
Though there are plenty of YouTube tutorials out there, students often tell me that they much prefer talking and asking questions to a real person as they are learning.
I meet with students and clients in Zoom meetings where you have the ability to share your screen with me (and allow remote control if necessary).
I work with business owners, influencers, content creators, filmmakers, educators and much more! Video has become the medium through which our society communicates and there couldn't be a better time to start learning.

How do we schedule lessons?
I will send you a link to my calendar (I use Calendly) for you to pick a time slot that works best for you. You will get a confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link for our lesson.
What if your calendar doesn't have any time slots that work for me?
You can purchase a Gig Extra for +$30 which let's you pick any time between 9am-6pm PDT on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday unless I have a prior lesson scheduled. PLEASE MESSAGE ME before purchasing a Gig Extra as it is very difficult to cancel.
What software do I need?
Zoom: With Zoom we are able to talk, share screens, and use remote desktop to demonstrate Premiere. Adobe Premiere Pro: You can get a subscription to Creative Cloud that includes the entire creative suite for ~$52/mo or just Premiere for ~$20/mo. (Prices sometimes change)
What's with the 30 day delivery? Do I really have to wait a whole month for our lesson?
Thankfully not! The 30 day delivery just gives us an ample amount of time to schedule our lesson(s). I am usually only booked out a few days to a week in advance.
