I will record your guided meditation voice over in a deep calm tone

Add Royalty Free Music to enhance your meditation

As someone who practices mindfulness regularly, I understand bringing yourself to meditate isn't always easy. People turn to meditation to help them navigate their thoughts and ease their stress, but they may be unsure they are capable of achieving a relaxed state of mind.

This is why it is important to have a voice that is calm and reassuring. Key components in my recording process will be pauses, and focus on the breath. This is essential to showing the listener that they too can step back from the rush of life and simply exist in the present moment.

Please message me any time discuss your project, and feel free to ask me any questions you might be concerned with! I'm always happy to talk through it and provide suggestions if necessary.
