Will the agent actually sound human, or robotic?
Human. I use premium natural voices (ElevenLabs) with tuned pacing, interruption handling, and natural fillers, so callers get a real conversation — not the choppy bots you've heard. You'll hear it yourself on a live test call before delivery.
Do you use VAPI or Retell?
Both — I pick the right one for your use case, and can use Synthflow or GoHighLevel if you prefer. I'll recommend the best fit when we scope the project, based on your call volume, integrations, and budget.
Can it connect to my CRM and calendar?
Yes. I integrate with Google/Outlook Calendar, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, and most CRMs via API. The agent can book appointments, log calls, update records, and trigger SMS/email follow-ups automatically.
Are there ongoing costs after you build it?
Yes, and I'm upfront: voice AI has usage costs (telephony + AI/voice minutes) billed directly to your own account, usually a few cents per minute. My fee covers the build. I'll estimate your monthly cost before we start.
