What is the different betwen of the source file, the .INDD and .IDML?
INDD file is a source file that you can open using the latest Adobe InDesign. while the IDML file is a file that you can open using at least Adobe InDesign CS4 (this file is needed if you don't have the latest InDesign)
I have a file that is too big, how to do it?
Don't worry, you can upload it in shared folders like Google Drive, DropBox, or We Transfer. After that send the link to me.
I bought a template, can you work based on that template?
Of course. That's better.

Was surprised that after giving updates and documents that the work produced was not like a magazine layout at all but a standard PDF with a front cover and some of my documents. I left a list including a contents page and that was left out until I asked for it. I requested a colour scheme of blue...
