I can audit Discord servers and other online community platforms. If your community uses a custom platform, message me before ordering to confirm that I can access and evaluate it.
What information do you need?
I need your community’s purpose, target audience, current challenges, goals, available metrics, and access to the areas you want reviewed. Never send passwords or login credentials.
Do you need administrator access?
Usually not. Read-only access or a temporary role that allows me to view the relevant channels is normally enough. Any access provided can be removed after the audit.
What will the final delivery include?
You will receive a structured written report explaining the main issues, opportunities, recommendations, and prioritized next steps included in your selected package.
Does this include a consultation call?
