How does virtual assistance work?
Once you purchase a package, you can assign tasks via your preferred communication method (e.g., email, Slack...). I’ll complete the tasks and provide regular updates on the progress. At the end of each task, I’ll send a summary and track the hours used so you’re always informed.
What is your experience in virtual assistance?
I have been a virtual assistant for three years, providing services like administrative work, digital marketing, research and more.
What is your experience in digital marketing?
I hold a bachelor's degree in digital marketing and have worked as a marketer for a hotel and restaurant for the past three years. I am experienced in Website Optimization, SEO, Digital Marketing Strategy planning, Competitor Research, Social Media Management, E-Mail Marketing and more.
Do you provide hourly rates only?
No, I can also offer project-based quotes. Please message me directly for more information.
Do the 5 or 10 hours of virtual assistance need to be used all at once?
No, you don’t have to use the hours all at once. You can spread them out based on your needs within a month. We can also agree on a different time frame. I’ll track the hours and update you after each task to ensure transparency.

I use a variety of tools tailored to the needs of hospitality businesses: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Wordpress, Wix, Trello, Slack, Figma, Canva, Mailchimp, OTAs, several PMS and channel management tools, Meta, Semrush, any many more. If there’s a tool you prefer, I’m happy to adapt!
