How to recruit effectively and keep players active
How to structure a high-quality Discord
Leadership skills that work in any game
How to write announcements and updates
How to host events, raids, and community activities

Veteran WoW player with 10+ years of leadership experience.
I founded and led My Own Guild on Razorgore, growing it to multiple raid teams and large pug rosters. I’ve run GDKPs, built raid rosters, assigned roles, masterlooted, recruited, and Main tanked.
I also created a 350-member New World guild and built Discord communities of 2,500+ in TBC and 3,800+ in Classic Era.
I’ve handled recruiting, raid leading, roster building, assignments, master looting, GDKP hosting, Discord setup, community management, coaching, and leadership training. I also run a YouTube channel teaching players WoW.
