You can provide references of the character you want, such as position, color, weapon, etc., but I don't create backgrounds. I can, but it costs money.
I will email you the character's drawing after your order is placed before I finish it. This portion allows you to alter the pose and shape; once I've finished, you can only alter the color; the final progress will not alter the shape.
