I will design eyewear cad, 2d technical drawings, and factory ready cnc vector files

About this gig
Are you an eyewear brand owner, startup, or manufacturer needing precise, factory-ready blueprints to bring your sunglasses or optical frames to life?
Sending rough sketches or inaccurate drawings to suppliers leads to costly sampling delays, incorrect pantoscopic angles, and poor frame fit. I specialize in turning your concepts, reference images, or sketches into production ready eyewear tech packs, 2D CAD drawings, and CNC vector files tailored to factory manufacturing standards.
What I Offer:
- 2D Technical Drawings: Front, side, and top views with full dimensions (Eye size, Bridge, Temple length).
- Factory CNC Vectors: Clean .DXF / .DWG / .AI files for acetate CNC milling & mold cutting.
- Technical Details: Sectional cuts for lens bevel grooves, pantoscopic tilt, & hinge step cuts.
- Full Tech Pack & BOM: Material callouts, hardware specs (hinges/wire cores), & color codes.
Materials: Acetate, TR90, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Wood, and Injection Molded Plastics.
Software Used: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator.
Please contact me before placing a custom or complex order! Let's discuss your design requirements so we can select the exact package for your factory setup.

FAQ
What files do I need to send my factory to start production?
You need clean 2D CAD vector files (.DXF or .DWG) for CNC acetate cutting and a PDF Technical Sheet (Tech Pack) with full dimensions, hinge placements, and lens bevel specs. I provide all of these in my Standard and Premium packages.
Can you design CAD drawings from a simple hand sketch or photo?
Yes! Send me your hand drawing, front/side photos, or reference images along with any preferred dimensions. I will translate your ideas into a 1:1 scale, factory ready 2D CAD technical drawing.
What eyewear materials and frame types do you support?
I design technical drawings and CNC files for Acetate, Titanium, Stainless Steel, TR90, Wood, and Injection Molded Plastics for both sunglasses and prescription optical frames.
Will the CNC vector files work with my supplier’s machines?
Absolutely. My .DXF and .DWG vector files feature clean, closed vector paths optimized specifically for CNC milling, laser cutting, and mold tooling without open node errors.
