I will design ptz camera mount sensor housing robotic enclosure with full cad assembly

About this gig
I specialize in designing high quality mechanical assemblies and enclosures for camera systems, robotics, and industrial sensors built for real world manufacturing and prototyping.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
- Full 3D CAD assembly (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / STEP / IGES)
- Exploded view drawings with part callouts
- 2D manufacturing drawings (tolerances, dimensions, GD&T)
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Realistic renders (PNG/JPEG)
- Revision ready native files
- STL for 3D printing (on request)
WHAT I DESIGN
- PTZ camera pan/tilt/zoom mounts (indoor & outdoor)
- IP camera housings and weather-proof enclosures
- LiDAR, thermal, and sensor housings
- Robotic arm end-effectors and joint enclosures
- Custom bracket and mounting systems
- Drone payload mounts and gimbal systems
- Industrial inspection camera rigs

FAQ
: What information do you need to start?
I need a sketch, reference photo, or description of your design, plus target dimensions, manufacturing method (3D print/CNC/sheet metal), and your preferred CAD software or file format.
Can you design for both 3D printing and CNC machining?
Yes. I design with the manufacturing process in mind I'll optimize wall thickness, tolerances, and geometry depending on your production method.
Which CAD software do you use?
Primarily SolidWorks and Fusion 360. I deliver files in STEP/IGES for universal compatibility, and native format on request.
Can you work from a rough sketch or idea only?
Absolutely. Many clients come with just an idea or hand drawn sketch. I'll help define dimensions and make it manufacturable.
