I will build automated checkout and signup smoke tests with playwright
Technical Product and Automation Specialist
About this Gig
I build focused Playwright smoke tests for checkout, signup and other revenue-critical paths in your web application.
Your test suite can:
exercise real browser flows with clear assertions
cover Chromium, Firefox and WebKit where selected
capture screenshots, traces and useful failure evidence
use stable test data, fixtures and reusable page objects
run locally or in your existing CI pipeline
include clean TypeScript or JavaScript source code and documentation
Ideal for SaaS teams, ecommerce businesses and agencies that need confidence before each release.
You will receive the agreed test suite, test report, source code, run instructions and a short handover. Standard and Premium can include CI configuration for an existing supported pipeline. This Gig covers test automation, not fixes to defects found in the application.
Please provide a safe staging environment and authorised test accounts. Do not send live payment details or production customer data. I do not bypass safeguards or test systems without permission.
Message me before ordering if the flow uses payment redirects, one-time codes, CAPTCHAs or more than five critical paths.

FAQ
What do you need before starting?
Please provide the staging URL, exact user flows, acceptance criteria, supported browsers, repository or test setup, and safe test accounts. Do not paste passwords or live payment details.
Which flows can you automate?
This Gig is designed for checkout, signup, login and similar critical web flows. The package limits define how many flows and browsers are included.
Can you add the tests to CI?
Yes. Standard and Premium can include setup in an existing supported CI pipeline. Please identify the provider and current repository structure before ordering.
Does this include fixing application bugs?
No. I will document reproducible failures found by the tests. Fixing defects in the application can be scoped separately after review.
