I will create mep coordination drawings for building permits
Architect and Engineering MEP
About this Gig
On-site clashes between pipes, ducts, and cable trays cost thousands of dollars in delays and wasted materials. Lets solve those conflicts before construction begins.
A building cannot function properly without well-coordinated systems. If your mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings are created in isolation, you will run into massive issues during installation. Pipes will hit structural beams, ducts will block lighting fixtures, and your project will stall at the permit office or on the job site.
I am a professional architect and engineering coordinator specializing in Full MEP Coordination Drawings. I combine your mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts into a single, cohesive, and clash-free system.
Every blueprint I deliver features clean line weights, standard engineering symbols, and logical routing that general contractors, fabricators, and city inspectors can easily read and approve.

FAQ
Do you stamp these drawings for official engineering approval?
No, I provide professional MEP design, routing coordination, and clash resolution drawings. I do not provide a local Professional Engineer (PE) stamp. You will need to take my coordinated layouts to a locally registered engineer if your municipality requires a legal stamp for permit issuance.
What if I only have architectural plans but no engineering designs yet?
I can design the basic schematic layouts for your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems from scratch based on your architectural floor plans. Since creating the layout requires engineering design work alongside coordination, please message me first for a custom quote.
How do you handle clashes between different systems?
I look at the spatial hierarchy of the building. Typically, large rigid elements like HVAC ducts take priority, followed by gravity-fed plumbing lines, and then flexible systems like electrical conduits. I adjust the heights and routings logically so everything fits cleanly within your ceiling spac
Can you handle large commercial projects like hotels or office buildings?
Yes. I work on everything from residential homes to complex multi-story commercial projects. Because large buildings have incredibly dense ceiling spaces and extensive equipment loads, please send a message first so I can assess the scope and provide an accurate milestone proposal.
What software do you use to coordinate the systems?
I use industry-standard software depending on your project pipeline—primarily AutoCAD for 2D composite layouts and coordination, or Revit for full 3D BIM coordination and automated clash detection
