What is the format of the files?
By default they are high quality .WAV files. If your project requires another format (MP3, u-Law, a-Law, 8kHz, 16 bit Mono, etc.), please let me know with your script submission and I can convert it for free!
How do you handle technical jargon?
Thanks to my medical and speech and language background, I navigate complex medical, financial and technical terminology seamlessly. Please include a pronunciation guide for niche industry terms and if any acronyms are spelled out or spoken as a word (ex. BEST, "Bee-ee-ess-tee" or "Best")
Can you help me fix the pacing or grammar of my script?
Yes. As a retired Speech-Language Pathologist and public speaker, I can review your script for fluid syntax, clear rhetorical impact and natural vocal pacing. Just select the Proofreading gig extra.
What if I need a fast change after the file(s) are delivered?
The basic package includes 1 round of revising to only correct tone, pacing or pronunciation. Please note that SCRIPT changes made after delivery are NOT covered and will need to incur an extra fee. Gig extra upgrades may include extra revisions for covered items.
What are commercial and broadcast rights?
Commercial rights are required if the voice file is used for ANY business-related non-paid marketing channels, (ex. company website, internal training, organic company social media). Broadcast rights are required for PAID advertising channels (ex. TV, radio, paid internet ads). Refer to Fiverr T&A.
Can a buyer use the audio file for any purpose other than the order?
No! By purchasing this voiceover you agree that the audio file(s) is licensed exclusively for the project outlined in the order. You are not allowed to use any part of this audio for any other purpose, including training artificial intelligence models, generate any synthetic voices or clone my voice
