I will build your etabs structural model from architectural or structural drawings

Setting up an ETABS model from scratch takes time most PEs and small firms don't have. I handle that part.

You send me your drawings architectural plans, structural plans, or sketches. I build the model: geometry, story data, grids, section assignments, material definitions, support conditions, gravity loads per ASCE 7. When I'm done you get a clean .EDB file ready to run.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• ETABS model (.EDB) saved in your version
• Dead, live, and superimposed dead loads assigned
• IBC load combinations set up
• Standard and Premium packages: seismic mass, response spectrum, wind loads added
• PDF covering my setup, sections used, and any assumptions made

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

• Floor plans and elevations (PDF, DWG, or image)
• Member sizes if pre-defined, or I'll size them preliminarily
• Site location (city or ZIP) for ASCE 7 parameters
• IBC edition: 2018 or 2021

I don't run the analysis or sign off on results that stays with you as the EOR. If your project is over 10 storeys or has major irregularities, message me before ordering.
