How does the monthly retainer work?
You're buying ongoing support, billed monthly. Each package lists the approximate hours per month. We agree your priorities at the start of each cycle, I deliver throughout the month, and you get a summary at the end. Need a custom scope or cadence? Message me and I'll send a tailored offer.
Can you work in my time zone?
Yes. I have strong overlap with the UK, Europe, Australia and Singapore, and partial overlap with the US. Most work is delivered async to fixed deadlines, with a few live hours arranged where needed. Tell me your time zone and I'll confirm overlap before you order.
Is my financial data kept confidential?
Absolutely. I treat all financial and business data as strictly confidential and am happy to work under an NDA. I use secure tools and never share client information. Your books, figures and access credentials stay private throughout our engagement.
Do you handle payroll or tax filing?
I handle bookkeeping, reporting, forecasting and finance operations. I don't file taxes, run payroll or give employment-law or compliance advice, as these are jurisdiction-specific and regulated.
