Choose one month of bookkeeping for one organization. Depending on your package, I will categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, identify items needing your input, and provide a close summary. Standard and Premium include draft internal reports. Premium also includes reconciliation of QuickBooks Payroll activity to the general ledger.

I direct and review the work and flag unusual transactions for your approval. Each package has the account and transaction limits shown above. Delivery begins when access and complete records are available.

This gig does not include running payroll, filing payroll taxes, changing employee or bank information, authorizing payments, audits, attest services, or tax returns. Historical cleanup, grant or restricted-fund tracking, and complex payroll require a custom quote.
