What will you actually look for while reading my manuscript?
I’ll focus on the experience of reading your story—where I’m hooked, where my attention drops, which characters feel strong or underdeveloped, and whether the pacing, plot, dialogue, emotional moments, and overall flow are working.
Will your feedback include criticism, or only positive comments?
You’ll receive honest feedback, including both strengths and areas that may need attention. I’ll explain why something may not be working and give practical observations you can consider during revision.
Do you beta read LGBTQ+ and queer fiction?
Yes. I can provide LGBTQ+ / queer-focused beta reading and sensitivity feedback when requested, including feedback on representation, character portrayal, relationships, terminology, and how those elements may come across to readers.
