About this Gig
A tracker or IoT device that "works on the bench" but drops signal in the field almost always has an RF layout problem.
I design RF PCBs that get a clean signal from the antenna to the module and pass real-world testing.
I work with GSM/GPRS, GNSS/GPS, BLE and LoRa devices using SX1276, SIM868, MC60 and similar modules (LTE-M/NB-IoT options such as SIM7080G on request).
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Schematic review and RF-aware component selection
- 2 to 6 layer layout with 50-ohm controlled impedance
- Antenna matching (pi network), keep-outs and via stitching
- GSM, GNSS and BLE coexistence planning
- Power design for GSM burst current
- Antenna design and simulation in HFSS/CST (Premium)
- EMI/EMC-aware layout and DFM review
YOU RECEIVE:
Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place, PDF schematic, STEP model, source files (Altium/KiCad/EasyEDA), RF layout notes and simulation reports where ordered.
Message me first with your module list, board size and target region so I can confirm scope before you order.

FAQ
Which modules do you support?
SX1276/SX1278 (LoRa), SIM868 and MC60 (GSM + GNSS), plus LTE-M/NB-IoT parts like SIM7080G on request.
Can you fix an existing board with poor signal?
Yes, I review the RF layout, matching network and ground return paths and give a corrected layout.
Do you design the antenna too?
Yes, using HFSS or CST, with S11, VSWR, gain and radiation pattern results.
Do you do tracker boards with BLE and GNSS together?
Yes, including antenna placement and coexistence planning.
What files do I get?
Gerber, BOM, pick-and-place, schematic PDF, STEP and source files.
Do you offer firmware?
Basic module bring-up and AT command testing are available as an extra.
