What do I need to provide before you start designing?
At minimum, just send me your PCB dimensions. length, width, and height of any components sticking out. A STEP file of ur PCB is even better. Photos, sketches, or a quick description of what ports and buttons need to be accessible. if u don't have, message me first and we'll figure it out together.
Will the enclosure actually fit my PCB perfectly?
Yes, that's the whole point. Every enclosure I design is modeled around your exact PCB measurements and component layout. I account for port cutouts, mounting holes, ventilation, and assembly clearances
What file formats will I receive?
You'll receive STL files ready for 3D printing, STEP and IGES files for CNC or injection molding, and PDF technical drawings on Standard and Premium packages. If you need a specific format, just let me know before ordering.
Can the enclosure be waterproof or IP-rated?
Absolutely. If your device needs an IP54, IP65, or IP67 rating, I can design the enclosure with the right sealing geometry, gasket grooves, and tolerance fits to meet that standard. Just mention it when you place your order.
I'm a first-time founder with no technical background — can you still help me?
100% yes. You don't need to know CAD or engineering terms. If you can describe what your product does and share your PCB or even a rough idea of the size, I'll handle everything from there and keep you updated in plain language throughout the process.
Can you design enclosures for mass production, not just prototyping?
Yes. All my designs are DFM ready — meaning they're optimized for real manufacturing processes like injection molding, CNC machining, or 3D printing at scale. Premium package is specifically built for production-ready deliverables.
