Organisational Debriefing identifies issues of significance and proposes improvement opportunities.
The method I use is based on "structured debriefing" - a flexible model for learning through reflection by sharing experiences, gathering information, and developing ideas for the future.
I will:
- Facilitate the recording of "initial individual reflections" (PHASE 1 DISCOVER).
- Group the individual reflections received from PHASE 1 DISCOVER into "like with like - issues of significance".
- Collaboratively - using up to two feedback and edit cycles - "consolidate issues of significance into draft opportunity clusters" phrased as 'How Might We' statements (PHASE 2 DEFINE).
- Draft and present a Reflections, Ruminations and Recommendations Report.
