What do you need to get started with my virtual design project?
Please submit photos of the room you would like me to work with for finals. Please share design style references and inspiration images you may have. Information about your target buyers and the neighborhood is welcomed but not required.
Will you help me choose a style?
Absolutely, I will need additional information from you. You will need to provide information on your target buyer, the neighborhood, and additional photos of the space.
What types of photos are best for virtual staging?
Photograph the room when it is completely vacant or mostly empty. Use a landscape orientation. Include the floor, ceiling, windows, doors, and major architectural features. Use natural daylight, avoid harsh sunlight and strong shadows. Submit the original, highest-resolution file, JPG or PNG.
How long does it take to virtually stage a room?
Usually, it takes 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity and number of photos. If you need it sooner, please contact me.
What is not included in the revision?
Change of photo or angle in the room. Changing the purpose of the room which involves changing the furniture or style of the room. This is all considered new work .
What is included in the 2 revisions?
Included in the revisions are replacement of furniture style. For example, if you would like to see a different style sofa, I will replace with a new version that you agree on. This would be for most pieces of furniture.
