What if I have an idea but no technical drawings?
Send a sketch and explain how the product should work. We will confirm its dimensions, key features and design scope before starting.
Can you design parts that fit existing components?
Yes. Please provide accurate measurements or CAD files of the mating components, including mounting points and required clearances.
Will the model suit my manufacturing process?
The design will account for the process, material and requirements you provide. Your manufacturer should review it before production, and physical testing may be needed.
Will I receive editable CAD files?
Editable source files can be included when agreed before ordering. Please specify your software and version so we can confirm compatibility.
Can you modify an existing STL or STEP file?
Yes, depending on its condition and complexity. STEP or native CAD files are generally easier to modify accurately. Please send your file for review first.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope. New concepts, extra parts or major changes to dimensions or function may require an additional quote.
Can you model assemblies with moving parts?
Small assemblies can be included after reviewing the mechanism and part count. Motion simulation, stress analysis and performance testing require separate agreement.
Are technical drawings and renders included?

Can you update the design after prototype testing?
