No, the client provides the content (text, product descriptions, images, logos). I will upload and structure everything for you in the website or store.
Can you also write product descriptions or website texts?
Yes, but this is not included in the basic packages. If you need content writing, please let me know, and I can create a custom offer.
Do I need to provide hosting and domain before you start?
Yes. You should already have a domain and hosting plan. If not, I can help you choose and set it up as a Gig Extra.
Will I be able to edit my website/shop myself after delivery?
Yes! Your website will be fully manageable. I can also provide a short video or written guide on how to edit text, products, or images.
Can you maintain my website after delivery?
Yes. I offer ongoing maintenance and updates as a separate service. Contact me for a custom offer.
Do you offer SEO optimization?
Basic on-page SEO is included (titles, meta descriptions, responsive structure). Advanced SEO (backlinks, keyword research) is not included but can be arranged separately.
What happens if I’m not satisfied?
I offer multiple revisions depending on the package. My goal is always 100% client satisfaction – I will work with you until your website/shop meets your expectations.
Do you create custom designs or use templates?
I work with both: if you have a theme/template you prefer, I can set it up. Otherwise, I will create a custom design tailored to your brand.
Can you also integrate payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, etc.)?
Yes, payment integration is included in my advanced packages or can be added as a Gig Extra.
What platforms do you work with?
Mainly WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify. If you use another CMS, please contact me to check feasibility.
