The commercial use of the work is given solely for the use mentioned by you when purchasing the Gig. Any other commercial use not mentioned must be consulted with the artistic authors of the work.

You have 5 years from the purchase of the product to use it in other different media not mentioned if required.

After 5 years of commercial use, any new product containing art or work delivered to you for commercial purposes, you must renew your commercial use with us and you must consult with us before launching that new product.

By assigning the commercial use of the work for x years we are not assigning its intellectual property, since as the intellectual authors of the drawing, we retain this right over the artistic work delivered to you.
