What is an audio-drama script?
An audio-drama script provides the dialogue and action to be used in an audio production. The script is formatted to direct each actor, and give impressions of what sound effects and ambience should be used. Unlike screenplays, audio-drama scripts prioritise audio as the key element.
What genres do you offer?
Fantasy and sci-fi of all kinds are familiar to me. I have worked most with: high fantasy, low fantasy, historical sci-fi, hard sci-fi, grimdark, gothic.
How many characters can you work with?
I have written scripts with many sizes of cast, so I can handle quite a large amount. However, a succinct story must strike a balance between character description and character development/plot!
How much of our story can you tell?
Some campaigns last for many years, an adaptations of such stories sometimes choose to truncate or merge plot points to cover more ground. This may be your preference, but alternatively you can give details on a smaller "story arc" - a mission with a clear start and end, and plenty of action.
How much detail should we provide?
The more description you provide, the more quickly I can meet your expectations! I can only assume so much about the story or characters you want, so try your best to express the important details to me.
What audience will the script be suitable for?
I can create scripts catering to any level of maturity - explain to me the theme and tone you would like. I do not, however, write overtly sexually explicit content.
