Spend less time copying text between tools. I will build one AI-assisted automation workflow for a clear task, such as classifying enquiries, summarising supplied text or preparing structured draft records.
My experience includes a paid Slack AI integration and Python applications for document processing and repeated workflows.
Basic: one local CSV or JSON input, one AI operation and one CSV or JSON output.
Standard: connect up to 2 existing tools with one trigger and up to 5 business steps.
Premium: up to 3 tools and 8 steps, with run history and duplicate checks.
All tiers include Python source, agreed output validation, error handling, setup notes and a sample-based test report. Standard and Premium include one deployment to an existing compatible private host.
You provide tool access, API documentation, sample inputs and your own paid accounts. AI/API and hosting fees are separate. AI output needs human review.

What can you automate and is Basic only advice?
Basic includes working Python code: one CSV/JSON input, one AI task and one structured output file. Examples are classifying enquiries, extracting fields from supplied text or drafting summaries. Standard/Premium connect existing tools around the same business task.
Do you use n8n, Make or Zapier?
These packages cover Python and documented APIs. If you already use an automation platform, message me with the exact task so I can assess the interface. Building or repairing a full n8n, Make or Zapier setup is not automatically included.
How do you count tools and steps?
Scope allows 0/2/3 business tools plus one model provider. Fiverr's API/tool totals include that provider. A step is a business action such as reading data, calling AI or writing output, including the trigger. Internal validation, logging and retries do not count as extra steps.
Will the AI always be correct and will my data stay local?
No. I report results on agreed examples and flag invalid output, but cannot guarantee every answer. Drafts need human review. With external model APIs, selected text leaves your host; we must agree the provider and data handling before implementation.
Is deployment, monitoring or duplicate prevention included?
Standard/Premium include one deployment to an existing private compatible host. Premium adds run history and stable-ID duplicate checks, not guaranteed exactly-once delivery. Ongoing monitoring, provider outages, API changes and 24/7 support are excluded.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one consolidated feedback round on the agreed scope. Extra screens, integrations or workflows need a new quote. Defects in my delivered changes reported within 7 days of completion are corrected; unrelated changes and third-party outages are excluded.
Do I receive the source code and pay ongoing costs?
Source code and setup instructions are included. Third-party components retain their licenses. You pay hosting, developer memberships, paid assets, automation plans and API usage in your own accounts. Ongoing maintenance is a separate service.
Do you use AI coding tools?
I may use AI tools to assist development and remain responsible for reviewing and testing my delivery. Tell me about restrictions before ordering. We will agree how confidential code and data may be handled before external AI services are used.
How will we communicate?
I communicate in English and German through Fiverr messages. Calls are by appointment through Fiverr where available. Each order includes written setup notes and a handover; please send your requirements before ordering so I can confirm scope.
